Carefully read our selection criteria that follows before returning this application.

1. Complete an application for each persons 18 years of age or older.

2. Submit a $35 non-refundable application fee for each application.
3. Submit a $100 holding deposit for the unit. The deposit shall be applied to the security deposit if you qualify. It will be refunded if your application is not accepted. The deposit will be forfeited if you qualify, but do not appear on or before the date stated on your advanced deposit receipt to complete the lease transaction.

(NOTE: All funds MUST be in cashiers check or money order. Cash or personal checks will not be accepted.)
